MACHINING

The production unit, located in Aulnay-Sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) has a 2000m2 studio. Equiped with recent and effective means of manufacturing, operated by CAMS and CADCAM.

Equiped with a numerically controlled 3,4,5 axis milling centre, as well as a 4-axis numerical control lathe. We are experts in the manufacturing of small / medium / big pieces in prototype or production phase, in small / medium series. We also offer conventional means of production.

In order to reach the productivity and efficiency requirements, we modernize and renew our machinery on a regular basis by reinvesting 7 to 10% of our turnover in our machinery.

At the same time, technical evolutions adapted training programs are provided for the whole staff.
